Who is responsible for which part

Section 21.02.010 of the DuPont Municipal Code defines the building sewer, including the side sewer stub, as not part of the City's public sewer facilities and provides that building sewers "shall be maintained by the property owner"; the side sewer stub "shall be considered part of the" building sewer.
