BelowGrid reports what official sources record about the sewer infrastructure serving a U.S. property address, and what local authorities state is required when such a property is sold.

It is free to use. There is no account and nothing to buy.

• This is not an inspection. Nobody has examined the property or the pipe.
• This is not legal advice. Requirements are reported as the authority states them. Whether one applies to your transaction is a question for that authority.
• Sources can be wrong or stale. BelowGrid reports what a source records, including when the source is out of date. Every statement links to the document it came from, so you can check.
• Absence of a record proves nothing. Where BelowGrid shows nothing, records may still exist that it cannot see.

Before acting on anything shown here, particularly before or during a property transaction, confirm it with the authority named on the page.

BelowGrid is offered as-is and without warranty. It aims to be accurate and says so where it is uncertain, but it should not be the only basis for a decision about buying, selling or repairing a property.

Where BelowGrid and an official source disagree, the official source governs.

Data from official sources is used under the terms those sources publish, and required attributions appear in the footer of every page. Where a source requires a particular notice, it is shown verbatim rather than paraphrased.

Some sources may withdraw permission at any time. Where that happens their data is removed, which is why BelowGrid is built so that no single source is load-bearing.

Please do not scrape the site in bulk, circumvent rate limits, or republish results as though they were your own research. Individual property pages are not indexed and should not be republished.

These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top says when they last did.
